Danyathmam,
We are glad to inform you that the Murahomam for 21days and
Sukrithahomam for 8 days will be Conducted, in the temple from
the 1st May to 21 May 2010 under the auspice of the Thanthri
Brahmasree Chennas Vasudevan Namboodiripad. Religious speeches
will also be conducted on all days at 5.00 p.m. by renowned
Scholars.
As the devotees are aware, this temple has become a place of
all ritualistic rites for the past so many ears. Murajapams
both in Rigveda and Yajurveda are performed in this temple
every month. Moreover lldays Maharudhra yagnam is conducted
every year during the months of December -January.
Laksharchanas are conducted every year during Navarathri and
Sivarathri festivals. Rigveda Dhara, a rare Thanthric ritual,
is conducted every day in this temple for Lord Mahadeva & Lord
Mahavishnu. All the above rituals are performed for enriching
the 'Devachaithanyam' and this would greatly beneficial to the
devotees who are visiting the temple.
During Murahomam and Sukrthahomam, the manthras of
Purushasooktha, Bagyasooktha, Saraswathasooktha etc. are being
chanted for Archanas, and thus it would benefit each and every
individual attending the Homam . The relevance of these
Manthras would result in the prosperity of the society and the
peaceful coexistence of mankind.
All arrangements are being made for the booking of Special
Sookthams conducted during the Murahmam and Sukruthahomam.
Devotees can book Vazhivadu in advance by paying Rs. 25 in the
special counter set up for the purpose. All are requested to
contribute liberally and participate in the very sacred
Murahomam and Sukrthahomam.
